Refund Policy - the basics

At Willow & Stone Counselling, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. Our goal is to create a supportive and flexible environment while keeping things clear and fair for everyone.

All virtual counselling sessions are paid online at the time of booking via credit card. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Refunds for sessions canceled with proper notice will be issued through Jane App to the same payment method used to book. Refunds may also be provided at the discretion of Willow & Stone Counselling in special circumstances.

Sessions that are missed without notice or canceled less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund. Full payment will be required for any missed sessions or late cancellations.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time, and any changes will be posted on this website so that clients are aware of the current policy.
