Welcome to Willow & Stone Counselling. By accessing this website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Using this website or booking a session does not create a therapeutic relationship. A formal therapeutic relationship begins only once all required consent and liability forms have been signed and the intake process is complete. The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional counselling or therapy. Willow & Stone Counselling is not a crisis service. If you are experiencing an emergency or are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or appropriate support resources immediately.

Navigating Your Healing Journey

Willow & Stone Counselling provides virtual counselling sessions to support your personal growth and well-being. All sessions are paid online via credit card at the time of booking, and full payment is required to confirm your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a refund. Refunds may also be offered at the discretion of Willow & Stone Counselling. There are no late payment fees, but full payment is required for all sessions.

I maintain professional liability insurance as required by the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT), ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards. As a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor – Candidate (RTC-C), I practice in full adherence to the ACCT Code of Ethics. This means I am committed to maintaining professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all aspects of counselling, ensuring a safe, respectful, and supportive space for your healing and growth.

As a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor – Candidate (RTC-C), session fees are set at a reduced rate. Once I complete my candidacy and become fully registered, fees will be updated to reflect this.

Session lengths and fees may also be reviewed periodically to ensure they remain fair and aligned with the services provided. Any updates will be reflected on this website, and clients will be notified prior to booking.
